Ordering Information - New Info as of 4/2011

To place an order with us, please check our ecrater website to see if what you are looking for is on there.  Those items can be ordered online, thru Paypal, with your credit card.  Appropriate shipping will be added to your invoice when you pay.  We are updating it as often as we can and adding items, so please bear with us!

If you don't find your item there, then you can call us at (630) 834-8108, fax us at (630) 833-3701, or snail mail us at the address noted below, with your check or money order. For Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, please include the card type, account number, 3 digit code number on back of card and expiration date; the cardholder's name, address, zip and phone number. All information will be held in the strictest confidence. For this reason, we discourage the e-mailing of credit card information, as we cannot guarantee security through the internet.

Please include appropriate shipping costs with your order.   Don't forget to include this, as it will affect your order being shipped promptly.

We can no longer take responsibility for CD jewel cases damaged in shipping.  Unfortunately it happens all the time.  If you receive an item that has a cracked case, empty cases are available at most stores that sell music or appliances.  We try to pack your orders to protect them from breakage, but we cannot control what the Post Office puts on top of the packages.  If the CD itself is damaged, then by all means return it to us for a replacement or refund.

Shipping can take as long as 1-2 weeks during the summer, due to the nature of the business. Off season we can generally ship things out in just 24 hours, but are still subject to out of stocks.  We are on the road most weekends during the summer and only home to pack orders about 2 days per week. Also, items can run out of stock during the games season much faster than during the rest of the year.  Please call us for information on availability.
